Thrive Community Management was founded in 2016. We specialize in community association management in Arizona.

We’ve graciously grown to manage over 35 communities encompassing over 4,000 Arizona doors. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals. Our service systems and methodology are based on the best practices within the community associations industry.

The CAI Arizona serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and the many thriving communities throughout central, northern, and southern Arizona. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations and those who provide services and products to associations.
